VDOT Salt Truck Flips Over, Wrecks on Den Hill Road in Christiansburg

Thursday, February 11, 2010
By Chris Sellors

At about 7 a.m. this morning on Den Hill Road, a VDOT snowplow flips over on its side, spills its load of salt and blocks both lanes of traffic. Like many other icy roads in Virginia, Den Hill has become difficult for even the best of us to navigate. It appears that the driver escaped without injury.
